Those daily "sock struggles" can be a thing of the past with our
comfortable, form-fitting, seam-free socks for children and adults. These
crew-length socks are made of smooth, corespun CoolMax/Lycra that resists sagging and
wrinkling, while wicking moisture away from the skin. They really s t r e t c
h without losing their shape. The child's sock is a smooth tube sock, and
has no "heel" to stick out of sneakers. Size Large and Small
available in White Coolmax/Lycra.
X-Static
silvery-gray seam-free socks are just as soft and smooth as our regular white
seam-free socks. They are knitted with Coolmax, Lycra, and X-Static, the silver
fiber. Yes, actual silver. The silver acts as a natural anti-microbial that
eliminates odor-causing bacteria and athlete's foot fungus. Safe and non-toxic, these
socks keep your feet cool in the summer and warm in the winter*. Say goodbye to seams, sock
bumps, and foot odor with these wonderfully soft socks! Available in
Children's size Large, and Adults' sizes S, M, and Large.
*X-Static is registered with the EPA and has more than 12
years of published clinical research supporting its safety and claims. Approved by the
National Institute of Health and Johns Hopkins, and currently used in medical devices in
many top medical institutions. X-Static is made with pure silver, for which there
have been no documented cases of allergic reactions (as opposed to sterling silver, which
is an alloy containing other metals) .
The adult sock (not shown) is a typical crew-length heeled sock. Adult socks
come in white Coolmax/Lycra, Black Acrylic/Lycra blend and new Gray X-Static.
How can a sock have no seams? How can the manufacturers close up the toe of the sock
without sewing it together with a bulky, bumpy, uncomfortable seam? If you look
carefully at one of these seam-free socks, you may notice some stitching on the sides of
the toe. This is called a "toe gore". Unlike a seam, it flattens out
when you put on the sock, and even our most sensitive customers tell us they can't feel
it.
